a. Japanese Automotive Service agrees to perform vehicle diagnostics, repairs, maintenance, and related services (the "Services") in a professional and timely manner.
b. Customers must provide accurate and complete information regarding their vehicle — including make, model, year, and any known issues — to ensure accurate and effective service.
3. Pricing and Payments
a. An estimate for services will be provided to the customer before work begins. Final pricing may vary depending on the actual condition of the vehicle and required parts or labor.
b. Payment is due in full upon completion of services. We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards.
4. Parts and Materials
a. We use high-quality OEM and NAPA parts unless a customer requests otherwise.
b. If a customer requests specific or alternative parts, any added costs or delays associated with these requests are their responsibility.
5. Warranty
a. We provide a warranty on both labor and parts used in our services. Warranty terms, coverage, and duration will be clearly explained to the customer before any work is carried out.
6. Vehicle Storage
a. Vehicles left at our facility for extended periods may incur a daily storage fee. Customers will be notified in advance if such fees apply.
b. Japanese Automotive Service is not liable for personal belongings left in vehicles during service.
7. Liability and Limitations
a. While we take every reasonable step to ensure quality and care, Japanese Automotive Service is not liable for any unexpected issues, losses, or damage beyond our control.
b. We are not responsible for any pre-existing vehicle defects or conditions that may impact the outcome of our services.
c. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from services provided.
8. Customer Responsibilities
a. Customers must provide complete and truthful information about their vehicle and any specific concerns.
b. Customers should communicate any additional repair needs or changes after the initial estimate is given.
c. It is the customer's responsibility to arrange transport to and from our facility for their vehicle.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Franklin County, Ohio.
10. Modifications
Japanese Automotive Service reserves the right to amend or update these Terms at any time. Updates will be communicated via our website or directly in writing. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated Terms.
